While we are proud to provide careful and meticulous attention to all our clients without a huge infrastructure that demands inflated fees, there are times when the project scope or level of specific knowledge and experience requires bringing on additional resources. Over the years, we have counted on alliances with trusted colleagues to do just that. While we are all independent consultants competing in the marketplace, we don’t see each other as competitors. Rather we see each other as colleagues and partners who can provide greater bandwidth and superior value to the clients. All of us are deeply involved with the Institute of Management Consultants—a professional peer network that is the oldest and foremost association devoted to the management consulting profession with more than 26 local chapters across the United States and nearly 2,000 members. As members, we all pledge to abide by the IMC’s Code of Ethics (ethics).
