Lisa has 14 years experience providing management intercultural strategies in US, Europe & Mexico. She helps transform groups of people into highly effective teams, capable of change and committed to each other and the process. In addition, we have the unique ability and interest in working with teams that personally deal day-to-day with cultural diversity. Since 1992 her company, International Advantage, has worked with clients such as Honeywell International, Pulte Homes Inc, Weyerhaeuser, and Molex de México to reach their business goals. Ninety percent of her customers come from repeat clients and/or referrals.
